LIFE IS A COLLABORATIVE ART FORM.
Abby graduated from Colorado State University with a BA in Theatre with a concentration in Design and Technology. Her specialty in undergrad was Costume Design, but throughout her four years at CSU she discovered a love for arts outreach, planning, and management as well as a passion for teaching creative drama to children.
She is a hard working, cheerful believer that Art changes lives. She believes that the best theatrical storytelling happens when the connection between a character, their clothes, their surroundings, and their words is seamless. When that sort of holistic storytelling happens, the artists and the audience together experience the world of the text.
Abby is currently based in Washington, D.C. where she works as a free-lance technician and dresser at the incredible regional theaters in the area. In her free time, she loves walking around the city to museums, beer gardens, and political protests.
